Dear Families,
As many of you are aware, we have transitioned to SchoolTool as our student information system. This system will be active August 14, 2024. Shortly after going live, students and families will be able to access current year schedules, attendance and grades using either the SchoolTool app or SchoolTool online portal.
You will be notified of your access to this system via email from [email protected]. Parents and Guardians will be sent an email to their personal email. Students in grades 6-12 will be sent an email to their school email account.
To access the app or online portal you will need:
The email address to which your password was sent,
The temporary password provided in the email from [email protected]

If you do not receive your email by noon on Friday, August 16 please email [email protected].
Only family members or guardians that are marked in the system as the “primary contact”, and the “second contact” will automatically receive a SchoolTool account.
The communication between SchoolTool and Parent Square is not yet working correctly. Some of the data in ParentSquare is not yet accurate, for grades 5-12 the best source of accurate teachers assignments and schedules is SchoolTool.
