The freshmen have entered the chat.
The Class of 2027 got its official introduction to Ruben A. Cirillo High School on Thursday as new principal Dr. Christopher Whipple was joined by other administrators and teachers in welcoming the incoming freshmen. Dr. Whipple addressed the new expectations for the new high school students before they broke off into groups to tour the building, meet staff and pick up school supplies for the school year.
Parents, meanwhile, remained in the auditorium for additional details and a game of Kahoot to test their school knowledge. The freshman orientation concluded with a pizza lunch that filled stomachs and put smiles on faces as we prepare for the first day of school in less than two weeks!
